Please ensure the items are in their original packaging with all seals intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is unused and the original packaging is intact; our courier partner will conduct a quick check during pickup.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 24-48 business hours.

  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be credited to the original payment mode or wallet within 5-7 business days.
